We do not publish a business phone number and we do not ask for one on the form. Server logs may store IP address, browser type, and requested URL for security and diagnostics.
Why we use the data
- To reply to your enquiry about hunting licences, the hunter’s exam, or related guidance (consent and/or steps before a contract).
- To operate, secure, and improve the website (legitimate interest).
- To comply with accounting and legal obligations if you become a client.
- If we run Microsoft Advertising, to measure whether ads led to a page view or form enquiry, only where allowed after the cookie policy.
We do not sell data
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We do not use your enquiry to build public testimonials without a separate written OK from you.
Who else may see the data
Hosting and email providers process data on our instructions. How long we keep it
Unanswered marketing-style enquiries are deleted within 12 months. Correspondence needed for an active advisory matter is kept for the duration of that matter and then for up to 24 months, or longer if bookkeeping law requires it. Server logs are typically rotated within 90 days.
